Refund policy
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- Cancellation within the specified cancellation period: If a customer cancels their order within the designated cancellation period, minimum 14 days prior to order completion date, a full refund of any deposit or payment made will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Cancellation outside the specified cancellation period: If a customer cancels their order outside the designated cancellation period, a full refund will not be issued. Depending on the circumstances, a partial refund or credit toward future orders may be provided at the discretion of Immaculate Confection.
