Shipping policy

We offer delivery services to provide convenience and ensure our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. To be eligible for delivery, orders must meet a minimum order value as determined by Immaculate Confection. This requirement will be communicated to customers at the time of order placement. We will provide customers with an estimated delivery window. While we make every effort to deliver within the specified time, unforeseen circumstances or traffic conditions may cause slight delays.  

We appreciate your understanding in such situations. Upon delivery, our delivery personnel will confirm the receipt of the order with the customer or an authorized recipient. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact information, including a valid phone number, delivery address, and any necessary instructions to facilitate a smooth delivery process. If the delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect/incomplete address information provided, additional delivery attempts may incur an extra charge. In the event of a failed delivery, we may attempt to contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery time or pickup. However, please note that certain perishable products may have limited shelf life, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely pickup or delivery.

Once an order has been successfully delivered or picked up, the receiving party assumes all liability of the bakery products. Any accidents, dropped/mishandled items, or other damage is the responsibility of the receiving party.
